Full-Time PROGRAM IMPACT AND EVIDENCE MANAGER
Job Description
PROGRAM IMPACT AND EVIDENCE MANAGER
For almost 45 years, World Vision Vanuatu (WVV) has been committed to helping children and communities thrive — even in the most complex contexts. Inspired by our Christian faith, we work alongside people of all backgrounds to create lasting change. Safeguarding children and adults living in communities where we work is also central to everything we do.
We’re looking for a Program Impact and Evidence Manager (PIEM) to join our passionate team and lead the charge in ensuring our programs are efficient, effective, and truly transformative.
About the Role
As the Program Impact and Evidence Manager, you will be the strategic lead behind WVV’s program quality and impact systems. You’ll be responsible for driving excellence in Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (DMEAL), ensuring our interventions are both meaningful and measurable.
Your work will empower communities, shape evidence-based decision-making, and strengthen collaboration with donors, partners, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance WVV’s program quality systems and impact measurement across all projects.
- Oversee strategy alignment, portfolio consolidation, and standardized reporting to track WVV’s performance and contribution to change.
- Strengthen DMEAL frameworks and data systems for baseline, midterm, and final evaluations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, reflection, and accountability.
- Champion internal and external communications that elevate WVV’s voice and influence.
- Build staff and partner capacity in MEAL and program quality systems.
What You Bring
- 8+ years’ experience in international development/humanitarian programming with a strong focus on program quality and MEAL systems.
- Expertise in logical frameworks, project cycle management, and impact evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, performance monitoring, and evidence based reporting.
- A Master’s degree (preferred) in International Development, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for community empowerment.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a faith-driven team that values compassion, impact, and accountability.
- Play a key leadership role in driving real change in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
- Engage with a dynamic network of partners, from grassroots communities to international donors
