Part-Time HEAD CHEF
Job Description
New resort near Oyster Island seeking Chef and Sous-Chef team for menu creation and meal preparation during guest stays. Work will be intermittent, depending on resort bookings. Chefs will provide breakfast and lunch every day, dinner for an extra fee on demand. Food will be Fine Dining with local accents, focusing on local seafood, meats, and vegetables to suit a variety of tastes. Excellent English skills are a plus, French is a plus.
