We’re on the hunt for a talented Country Manager – Vanuatu to join our dynamic Export Team! Reporting directly to the Head of Exports, you’ll play a key role in unlocking growth opportunities and driving Goodman Fielder’s success in the Vanuatu Market. If you’re passionate about building relationships, executing winning strategies, and taking brands to the next level—this is your next move.

• Nurturing strong, lasting partnerships with our current distributors.
• Crafting and executing effective sales plans and promotional programs.
• Running demand reviews to keep stock flowing and customers happy.
• Maximizing brand presence and product visibility across Vanuatu.
• Spotting market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Working hand-in-hand with the Export Team to deliver winning results

What we’re looking for:

• 5 + years of experience as a Sales Representative within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.
• A natural leader with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communicator with sharp analytical and networking skills.
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• A valid Common Vehicle driver’s license (clean record).
