Salary Grade : Range is VT1.200.000 for the 4 months Contract
Background
The Shefa Provincial Government Council intends to improve and strenfthen its human resources capacity through the development of a Human Resources Policy Framework an also develop review the current structure complimented with GRT ratings and relevant revised Job Descriptions.
The Shefa Provincial Government Council is seeking a person with credible administration and management background and qualifications in Human Resource Management.
Duties of the role
The Consultant shall undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Secretary General, Assistant Secretary General and Human Resources Officer and meet with line managers and collect information on 2024 Annual Report & Business Plans
- Liaise with Assistant SG & HR Officer to assist line managers to comply with the Public Service Commission and DSPPAC reporting template requirements
- Review and analyse data with visual graphics and tables where necessary
- Write and edit content for the SPGC HR Policy Framework
- Design the layout of the revised organisation structure and GRT rating and align with revised JD’s
- Discuss with the Secretary General and the Assistant Secretary on the final draft of the HR Policy Framework, the revised organisation structure and GRT rating and revised JD’s
- Submit copies of the final HR Policy Framework and the revised organisation structure and GRT ratings and revised JD’s to the office of the Secretary General.
Duration
The term of the Contract shall be from 14th April to 14th August 2025 unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 1.5.1 or 1.5.2 of the Contract.
