Banyan Beach Bar, the coolest spot in the heart of Port Vila , is looking for enthusiastic and
dedicated individuals to join our team! We’re passionate about creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere
for our guests, serving up delicious food and drinks with a smile, and making unforgettable
beachside memories.
We’re currently hiring Bartenders, Waiter & Waitress, Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Stewards and Public Area Cleaners
What you’ll do:
1.Bartender: Craft delicious cocktails, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and
organized bar area.
2.Waiter & Waitress: Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, ensure guest
satisfaction. Clear tables quickly and efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dinning area.
3.Chefs & Cooks: Prepare food according to recipes, maintain a clean and organized work station,
follow food safety guidelines.
4.Kitchen Steward: Ensure the kitchen is always clean and all eating utensils, pots and pans are
washed and clean ready for the next shift.
Public Area: Ensure that public areas are well maintained and clean at all times
What you bring to the table:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not always required. We’re willing to
train the right person! - Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, strong work ethic. - Positive attitude, team player, reliable and punctual.
