About the role
We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and proactive professional to join our dynamic busy team, with strong administrative experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role. The successful candidate will lead a multi-tasking team responsible for internal office and external client services, requiring strong attention to detail, relationship management, use of practical initiative and proven high service delivery.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
In-depth understanding of and proven experience in office management procedures and policies
Excellent relationship management, rapport building skills
Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs and a CRM (customer relationship management) system would be desirable
Problem solving skills, an analytical mind, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Be able to work in and contribute to a professional team environment, as well as autonomously, as required.
A ‘can do’ attitude, able to handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due dates and not ‘ drop the ball’.
Leadership attributes with the ability to motivate and manage a team
At least 5 years administration experience in a comparable professional / customer service environment / proven track record in a similar environment.
