CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Port Vila City Council invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for potential contractors to submit applications to undertake renovation and maintenance work on the Town Hall Building. The scope of work will include:

1. Cement repair
2. External door replacement
3. Electrical Cable protection
4. Handrail replacement
5. Logo sign replacement
6. Roof over entrance
7. Glass window replacement
8. Gutter replacement
9. Painting
10. Any other tasks as requested by the Town Clerk

The EOI should include relevant and professional experience,
Applicants that meet essential criteria will be shortlisted and request to submit their technical and financial proposal.

How to Apply

The EOI must be contained in a sealed envelope and submitted before close of business
on the 29th of November 2024
