Full-Time PROJECT MANAGER – FOOD FACTORY CONSTRUCTION

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of our new food processing facility. This pivotal role will involve managing all phases of the project, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in large-scale construction projects, with specific experience in the food processing sector being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of engineers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Budget Oversight: Manage project finances, track expenses, and ensure financial controls are in place to avoid budget overruns.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the construction project adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues. –
Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure that all work meets the required quality and design specifications.
Timeline Management: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to address any delays or changes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects, with a proven track record in the food processing industry or related sectors.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with food processing technology, factory design, and construction best practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success.
