Full-Time FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Job Description
Kolisen Blong Leftemap Edukesen (KoBLE) is urgently seeking a smart person to fill in the following position:
Finance and Administration Officer
The Finance and Administration Officer will report to the National Coordinator of KoBLE.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain the financial records of KoBLE operations and programs, including payment of accounts, salaries and superannuation
- Produce acquittals
- Produce quarterly financial reports and prepare reports external audits
- Produce financial summaries and do bank reconciliations
- maintain office information management systems
- Assist the National Coordinator in office administration.
- Procure office supplies
- Make travel arrangements
- Organise meetings and prepare related logistics
Qualification, Skills and Competencies
The successful applicant should:
- possess as minimum qualification, a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management
- have skills in using Xero, Microsoft Excel
- have experience in maintaining office financial records including payment of accounts, salaries and superannuation, and doing bank reconciliations
- be able to produce acquittals and financial reports
- have experience in internet banking
- have experience in office management.
- have good communication skills and be trustworthy
