Role : 

The Senior Customer Service Officer (supervisor) is an important member of the customer Service team which looks after customers from booking trough to dropping off the vehicle. Working alongside the Manager to support the leading and training of professional team.

Essentials:

• Experience with an online reservation system and Microsoft applications.
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Confident, outstanding communicator face to face, written and on the phone.
• An eye for detail and the ability to get things right first time.
• Time management and organisation skills.Logistics,
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Punctual and well presented.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable team player.
• Fluent in English and Bislama.
• Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu.

Advantage:

• Written and spoken French and/or Mandarin.
• Experience in the vehicle rental/tourism industry.
• Knowledge of motor mechanics.
• Current driver licence with a clean record.
