Job Description
We are seeking someone to join the Administration team in our friendly professional office, who can provide the highest standard of administrative support services across a broad range of activities eg, office maintenance and supplies, client reception, record maintenance and various application assistance services, working with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Key requirements:
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills (primarily English, however being bi-lingual in French would be a bonus) to deal with clients, service providers, government agencies etc.
- Ability to handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due dates and not ‘ drop the ball’.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office suite of programs, especially WORD and Outlook.
- Demonstrate a commitment to assisting others and providing excellent service that is accurate, reliable and efficient; and
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Administrative / Customer service role and / or a relevant tertiary qualification.
