National Export Strategy/ Specialist
The Government of Vanuatu (GoV), through the Ministry of Trade and Commerce (MTC) under the Department of Industry (DOI) seek the services of an expert consultant to develop a National Export Strategy guideline and policy program to safeguard Vanuatu exporters to comply with all relevant regulations. Act and Strategy to improve the production cycle/supply chain to Vanuatu Made Product to meet international Market standard and to be competitive in domestic and international monopolistic market.
Objective:
The Specific Objective:
- Implement a national development export strategy with national Vision, mission, target and
timeframe. - Review exiting document/ training to improve supply chain of products from the producers to the market (Domestically and internationally)
- Ensure all product MUST label VANUATU MADE.
- Marketing and Promotional plan for Export, Coordinating Plan for trade mission and fairs under promotional Activities.
- Ensure a national development Strategy guideline to improve and increase export to limit Import.(Import substitute strategy plan)
- Develop a standardized regulation and Policies to guide infant Industries to engage in competitive advantage.
- Conduct market research scoping from overseas Market to improve small scale to execute
- Advocate to encourage and facilitate innovation
