World Vision is now recruiting for a Development Manager for our Australian Government funded AHP Disaster READY 2.0 Programme. This role is based in Torba Province (Sola) with regular travel to World Vision’s Northern Area Program Office in Luganville and some travel to World Vision’s Country Programme Office in Port Vila.
The Development Manager will:
- Collaborate with Portfolio Manager, manage project activities within the respective province, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and some budgeting responsibilities to ensure World Vision delivers high quality outcomes on time and within budget and in line with WV core values.
- Manage programme / Project staff including capacity building, performance monitoring and day to day operational support.
- Work in partnership with Provincial stakeholders and communities to ensure that World Vision is delivering relevant and high-quality programme in a sensitive and professional manner.
Development Manager annual salary package of VT1,440,000 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
