Full-Time SALES DIRECTOR

Kacific is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales Director, Direct Retail Vanuatu & Niue to grow our Vanuatu Operations; this plays a critical role in our growing and fast-moving organisation in Vanuatu, as one of the important markets in Kacific’s strategy.
We are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional who believes in improving the world by connecting the underserved and unserved.
The Sales Director, Direct Retail will functionally report to the Kacific Vice President, Direct Retail, or any other senior manager as assigned by the CCO and he/she will serve as the face of the company, embodying Kacific values and actively engaging with various stakeholders. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, contributing to the local business strategy, and overseeing end-to-end sales processes and cash collection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related studies.
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in Vanuatu or any other similar market.
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Essential knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Advantageous familiarity with CRM systems and task management software like Salesforce and Asana.
