Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking suitable candidate to appoint for following position:

FOOD & BEVERAGE STOCK CONTROLLER

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the duties for this role will include:

Supervise stock in restaurant and the Bar and area assigned to him/her under the direct guidance and instructions of the Food and Beverage Manager
Assist in reducing the overall food and beverage cost within given guidelines as well as other related expenses by controlling requisitions and maintaining adequate stock levels.
Control stock to ensure stock take in all outlet is done correctly.
Takes a professional interest in constantly maintaining a high standard of service in the all F &B Outlets.
Ensures requisition is done daily on time and report to the Food and Beverage Manager if any product is out of stock.

The successful candidates will have the following attributes:

Minimum 2-3 years experience within a reputed hotel/resort
Experience relevant to this class of work or any equivalent combination of training and experience

This is a full time position to commence immediately.
