Full-Time SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Representative is responsible for initiating customer sales and maintaining company sales targets. He/ she is also responsible for managing customer accounts including collection of debts when required. He/ she is in charge of maintaining Vanuatu Brewing Ltd as leader on the following markets:
Local Beers with Tusker Premium, Tusker OP, Tusker Lemon, Vanuatu Bitter marks;
Wines and Spirits imported;
Non-alcoholic beverages, (Soft drinks such as Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes)
The Sales Representative is recognized as the first face of the company in connection with the external environment of the company. He/ she must maintain the company’s integrity to the highest possible standard and adhere to guidelines administered to ensure customer satisfaction and their ability to easily purchase goods.
In addition, the Sales Representative will be driving around the island, visiting clients and nakamals, making direct deliveries. He/ she is responsible for collection of payments from his customer and also managing his/ her stock.
The customers are mainly professional Retailers, Wholesalers, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels & Nakamals.
Selection Criteria – Experience, Qualification, Skills Other:
- Have knowledge in sales
- Have good people’s skills
- Must be able to build all necessary relationship to speed sales
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to increase the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Must be honest and reliable, and of good character
- Be punctual to work, and at work
- Must speak Bislama, English and preferably French
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
