Full-Time PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Job Description
The Program Director is responsible for strategic oversight and implementation of the country offices programmatic plan. They are responsible for planning new projects, monitoring and evaluation and donor reporting. For the current projects, the Program Director will provide backstopping support and ensure that ADRA Vanuatu’s projects are implemented according to project proposals and donor requirements. The Program Director works with the country office leadership to ensure the programmatic plan is in-line with the country office strategic plan, ADRA network priorities and the community needs of the country. The Program Director is also responsible for seeking new business opportunities.
