• Surfing Instruction: The Employee shall provide surfing instruction and guidance to clients, catering to various skill levels and promoting a fun and positive learning environment
• Customer Service: The Employee shall interact with customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about surfing programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Equipment Maintenance: The Employee shall oversee the maintenance and repair of surfing equipment to ensure their safety and longevity
• Safety and Risk Management: The Employee shall enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures, prioritizing the well-being of clients and staff
• Social media and communication: The Employee shall look after all communication channels online and offline
