Purpose: To assist Principal Finance Officer in all financial matters across the Ministry.

Key Result Areas:

• Manage smart stream database of all departments across the Ministry.
• Manage and Reconcile Departments accounts across the Ministry.
• Manage budget entries of all departments across the Ministry.

Qualification: Certificate/ Diploma

Special Business Education: Financial Management

Experience: Minimum of three years in financial Management

Special skills: computer literate

Thinking Style: Practical thinker

Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills including public relations management

Behavioral Competencies: Respectable

Language: English or French and Bislama

Job Category: Government & council. Job Type: Full-Time. Job Salary: 1,000,000-1,500,000.
