Job Title: Finance Manager
Duration of Contract: Permanent after 3 Months Trial
Operation Venues: Port Vila
1. Responsibilities
- Daily finance management of operations
- Receive & provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports & performances
- Manage, maintain and document system of accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee the entire finance and manage for effective operation
- Assist in determining the company proper capital structure and spending
- Maintain company banking relationship policy
- Preparation and manage company monthly budget
- Determine risks and advice operations for management
- Other job will be provided by General Manager.
2. Requirements
- Excellent written and speaking in Bislama & English
- Must have a degree or diploma on related field
- Can demonstrate excellent skills in Financial Management
- Can manage operation at the same time
- Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel & others)
- Flexible approaches and willing to assist with variety of tasks
- Demonstrate initiative and can carry out duties on time
- Can work 6 days a week and willing to work over time
- Ability to work as a team and have respect to superiors
- Good at Planning & Implementation
- Some years’ experience on related field
- Can spend over 15 days away from family
- Any other qualities will be good.
3. Work Entitlements
Annual Salary of: 1.100.000-1.200.000 VT (To be agreed based on qualification, experience & performance)
