The Grand Hotel & Casino is seeking highly motivated, talented and creative Executive Chef.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef
- Hard working and a true passion for food
- Extremely committed and loyal

- Very organised and self motivated
- Great Leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills.
- Ambitious and highly skilled
- Progressive, modern cooking techniques and ideas
Duties and Role:
- Menu selection, design and decisions
- Team management and training
- Liaisons with suppliers
- Ability to produce high quality consistent food
- Stock control
- Formulation of a team.
