The Grand Hotel & Casino is seeking highly motivated, talented and creative Executive Chef.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef
  • Hard working and a true passion for food
  • Extremely committed and loyal

  • Very organised and self motivated
  • Great Leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills.
  • Ambitious and highly skilled
  • Progressive, modern cooking techniques and ideas

Duties and Role:

  • Menu selection, design and decisions
  • Team management and training
  • Liaisons with suppliers
  • Ability to produce high quality consistent food
  • Stock control
  • Formulation of a team.
