JGM International PTY Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive candidate to join our Vanuatu team for the Director position.
Responsibilities:
- Act as local Director of the Company by managing the Vanuatu office;
- Prepare and provide all necessary reports to VFSC and FIU, maintain; communication with regulatory bodies;
- Direct and manage all activities of theсompany;
- Update and implement internal procedures according to the Vanuatu legislation requirements;
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for handling inside and proprietary information;
- Communicate with the member of other branches of the company;
- Manage the local office of the company;
- Request and receive all necessary information that pertains or impacts the affairs of the Company.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law/Finance/Economics/Business-related field or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, however we can review candidates with less experience based on their profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Software knowledge;
- Knowledge and experience in Finance, compliance, and regulation matters would be a benefit;
- Result-oriented and attention to details.
