Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking suitable candidates to appoint for the position of Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

The successful candidates will have the following attributes:

• Previous experience as a Chef in a Resort
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality
• Essential to have the Ability to work unsupervised
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Diploma from a culinary school is a plus
• Excellent reference essential
