Full-Time CASINO GENERAL MANAGER
Job Description
The Grand Hotel and Casino is a Vanuatu premier entertainment and gaming company that strives to offer customers a first-class entertainment experience. We are looking to fill a role within the Grand Casino Vanuatu. The casino is located within the Grand Hotel and offers customers the latest in gaming product and first class service.
Applicants with suitable experience in the following role are encouraged to apply;
CASINO GENERAL MANAGER
To secure this position, you must have:
- At least 15 years in a Casino Management role
- At least 10 years proven experience dealing with International Casino players
- At least 5 years proven experience in Casino financials and budgets
- Proven customer service experience
- At least 10 years knowledge of all Table Games and, in particular, Slot Operations
- Proven knowledge of managing staff
- Energy, enthusiasm and a mature and professional attitude
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work as a team member
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain extreme confidentiality at all times
- Available to work day or night shift, weekends and public holidays when rostered
- The successful applicant must obtain a Police clearance prior to commencing employment.
