Full-Time CASHIER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Job Description
Vanuatu Utilities & Infrastructure Limited (A Pernix Group Company) is currently looking for someone to fill a Cashier/ Customer Service Officer position based on Ambae (Saratamata) Penama Province.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to demonstrate the following capabilities and qualities:
Position:
- Courteously greet customers, and efficiently process transactions
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and professional environment
- Confidently answer customer questions, and provide accurate information
- Conduct end of day banking and reconciliation
- Communicate and escalate customer enquiries to management
- Take inbound customer and internal calls, and act accordingly.
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Year 12/ 13 School Leaver
- Must be fluent in English, Bislama, (written & spoken)
- Exceptional Team Management and Motivational skills
- Has on hand experience with cash handling
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Has good knowledge in basic Computer use, Excel, Word etc
- Must be proactive and very organized
- A Resident of Ambae living in Ambae. (A honest & reliable person).
