We are looking for a Beauty Advisor and Shop Manager to offer personalized services to our customers to help them choose the right health & body products from The Summit Health & Body Shop located within Tanna Coffee Central factory.
Our Beauty Advisor responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, such as ingredients, application methods and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with “The Summit” wide range of health & body products or are willing to learn about them and their benefits for natural skin care. You will manage the flagship Summit shop at Tanna Coffee Central factory.
We are looking for our shop manager to have social media interests and skills who can also help to increase sales in our website shop https://www.thesummitvanuatu.com.
Wearing a uniform is compulsory. This is a hospitality industry position and as such you will be required to work on any day of a week, including on public holidays from time to time.
Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our products to customers and will be well rewarded for fullfilling stated sales targets.. Remuneration will be a base salary plus commission calculated on sales.
