Full-Time ADMINISTRATION SERVICES OFFICER

We are proud to be a values driven and highly ethical firm, and we are looking for a new team member to join us, who can provide the highest standard of administrative support services to both internal and external clients across a broad range of operational and business activities.
Key requirements:
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills (primarily English, however being bi-lingual in French would be preferable);
- Ability to handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due dates and not ‘ drop the ball’;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs;
- Demonstrate a commitment to assisting others and providing excellent client service that is accurate, reliable and efficient; and
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Administrative/ Customer service role and/ or a relevant tertiary qualification.
