Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Duration of Contract: Permanent after 3 Months Trial
Operation Venues: Port Vila
1. Responsibilities
- Manage and process payments from customers
- Negotiate and facilitate payment options with customers
- Routinely communicate with customers and collect past due balances and reconcile
- Generate and provide report on receivable
- Provide forecast on future trends of operation
- Make sure all orders are invoiced to customers at the right time to ensure fast payments
- Make sure all payments are done correctly by customers against the service provided
- Other works to be provided by GM.
2. Requirements
- Excellent written, speaking in English, Bislama & French
- Must have business management certificate
- Can demonstrate excellent skills in Financial Management
- Can handle more than 3 business operation at the same time
- A Computer Literate (Ms Word, Excel & others)
- Flexible approaches and willing to assist with variety of tasks
- Demonstrate initiative and can carry out duties on time
- Can Work 6 days a Week and willing to work over time
- Ability to work as a team and have respect to superiors
- Good at Planning & Implementation
- Some Years’ Experience on same field
- Any other qualities will be good.
3. Work Entitlements
Annual Salary of: 890,000VT (To be agreed based on Qualification, Experience & Performance)
