REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) – CONSULTING SERVICES

The Government of Republic of Vanuatu through the office of The Director General – Ministry of Climate Change (the Purchaser) invites you to submit your quotation for carrying out the services as described herein. Any resulting contract shall be subject to the attached General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).
SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Description of Services and Location: The Government, through the Department of Environment is putting out this bid to any potential bidder for the service of providing a consultancy work on the review existing NBSAP for alignment with the GBF, Review national targets and relevant indicators for alignment with GBF and relevant SDGs, Assess existing monitoring systems and develop monitoring plan for NBSAP and national targets, Conduct national policy and institutional alignment and review and development of Action Plan for achieving coherence with the GBF, and Define Biodiversity finance gaps and identify opportunities for resources mobilization
- Quotations should be: Inclusive of VAT and duties or Exclusive of VAT and duties
- Services are to commence: 1st of December 2024 Services are to be completed by: 28th February 2025
- Quotations must be valid for 60 days from the Submission Date and Time given below.
- Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the RFQ Consultancy Services Number given above and indicate your acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.

9) The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer whose Tender is substantially responsive and offers the lowest evaluated price. However, the Purchaser is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation.
